While there is a lot of online content on Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement tools, there is limited unbiased content and discussion that is specifically geared to the considerations faced by those setting up and leading organizational transformational initiatives focused on Process Improvement.
The objective of this blog is to create an open forum to discuss topics of interest to those leading such organizational transformation initiatives. While particular consideration is placed on Lean Six Sigma, the focus is on a holistic approach to process excellence that is tightly integrated with Organizational Development (OD) and Change Management practices.

About Eric
Eric is an award winning Lean Six Sigma & Process Improvement Deployment Leader with nearly 15 years experience deploying successful Process Improvement programs across four distinct sectors ranging from Telecommunications/IT, Financial Services/Investment Banking, Logistics and Transportation/Customer Service. In addition to having gained a breadth of experience across sectors focused on transactional processes, his experience has been across a broad mix Process Improvement, Change Management & Organizational Development Methodologies. While he is a strong advocate of a Lean Six Sigma approach to process improvement, his focus is on achieving business outcomes and as such recommends a balanced and holistic approach to process improvement.
He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a strong focus on Change Management and Organizational Development. He is an accomplished sparker and presenter who has trained over a thousand leaders in process excellence methods, has facilitated numerous Executive offsites and training programs as well as presented and chaired at several conferences with large audiences. In the past two years he has spoken to over 3,000 leaders across the Americas through a variety of forums.
His proudest achievement involved leading a team through a significant business turnaround while being Head of Operations for a Fixed Income business. Leveraging Lean Six Sigma and change leadership capabilities, the team delivered significant financial benefits while dramatically improving employee engagement, operational performance and customer service scores.
